Whats For Dinner??

Homemade Popsicles
Its been nice and warmish here in Tennessee. I decided it was time to break out the popsicles....(okay maybe I'm getting a little antsy for summer)

So I whipped up some sugar free grape drink mix (only sugar free because my little one is eating them. You can always use Kool-aid..probably a little bit yummier)

I have these nifty popsicle forms made by Tupperware.

Added some grape drink to the forms and popped them into the freezer for some alone time

and presto you have a treat for a teething toddler and a momma who is so ready for 80 degree weather!

Baked Spaghetti
Easy Meals. Oh yes. I larva them a lot.

Tonights Menu: Baked Speghetti....

Army Man has been begging me to make him this since  he got home from deployment 2 weeks back. Tonight was the night he got it.

It was VERY good...notice the wine in the back. OH WINE. how I love thee. That particular wine is from Oliver Winery..which is about 30 min from my home town. It makes me kinda happy walking into the liquor store and seeing it. Feels like homes not too far away. Anywho. Let me tell you a little secret of why it tasted so good (besides the fact that I'm a freaking artist in the kitchen...insert hilarious laughter)

This stuff right here. Philadelphia Cooking Creme. If you have not tried this stuff..you should. My sister introduced me to it and I've never looked back. They have different flavors..but I'm quite partial to Italian Cheese and Herb...probably because I usually use it in pasta dishes.

Army Man approved of the meal....My mission is complete! Thats what I made for dinner. What did you have? Have you tried Philadelphia cooking creme....the garlic kind? I've keep meaning to get it but I'm kind of a chicken. Hope to see you back here soon!
